Returns Procedure
In the rare occurrence of a problem. Do not return any products to us before calling us.
Firstly assess whether the product is in the 12 month warranty period. The following are not covered by the warranty: general wear and tear over extended use, scratches on the lenses through improper use, removal of XBlok coating through improper cleaning, (please use only the Fortis lens cleaner), flaws in the fabric caused by excessive wear, broken zips caused by forcing, jamming or improper use, over stretched seams coming apart, buckles subjected to undue force or abrasion, draw cord pulled out with excessive force.

Please send any Fortis Eyewear returns to: iAngler LTD Unit 2, Hilltop Meadows, Meadow Farm, Old London Road, Knockholt TN14 7JW. Should the claim be successful we can then provide a credit note for the postage and replace the item FOC.
Spares: we carry a limited stock of spare parts which are available by contacting the office.
