Terms and Conditions

We do everything we can to ensure that the prices on our and other companies websites are correct, and we try to keep our prices constant. Sometimes we need to change the cost of a product, either up or down. Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our product’s prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have ordered but not yet paid for a product, we guarantee the price for one month from when the order was placed.

Standard Terms of Trade: 30 Days Net. Non Delivery: Notification within 10 days of invoice date. Ownership does not transfer until payment is received. All POS are property of iAngler LTD.

Proforma Terms of Trade: 1 Day Net. Payment before shipping.

We reserve the right to apply a charge of 8% per annum, above the Bank of England base rate to any overdue payments. In the event of non-payment the fees from our Collection Agency, of 17.5% will be added to the original invoice amount.

POS - Point of Sale. All POS remain the property of iAngler LTD and can be reclaimed at any point. All POS are for the display of Fortis Eyewear products ONLY. Incorrect use of POS can result in suspension of account and removal of the POS.
